In our post-pandemic world, customers require new frictionless and contactless interactions. These interactions need to maintain safe yet contextual and robust understanding. New retail and hospitality formats and experiences must be understood with quantitative and qualitative observations. High quality data of post-pandemic customer behaviors to train AI models do not exist and therefore, must be simulated. We offer an approach to design these simulations and then build better models.
