Raghu started his career as a biostatistician at the Karmanos Cancer Institute and later on during the great recession he worked as a statistician at Flagstar Bank and Bank of America on their mortgage portfolio. Raghu Joined Aaron’s in March 2018 in the newly created role of Vice President of Data Science and is responsible for credit risk management and decision systems.
Before joining Aaron’s Raghu worked at GM Financial and Santander Consumer Bank where he developed and lead decision science teams.
